About Frank

Frank DeLuca is a partner with decades of experience as a corporate and securities lawyer and a former chief legal officer of a mid-market private equity firm. His practice covers corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border deals, and he is known for structuring transactions in difficult negotiating environments. His client roster spans several sectors, including energy and natural resources companies, construction and manufacturing firms, communications and entertainment businesses, and real estate and infrastructure players. As chief legal officer, he guided portfolio companies through complex restructurings and advised management teams, boards, and special committees. Before Reconstruct LLP he practised corporate and securities law as a partner at national and regional firms, and was recognized in the Canadian Lexpert Directory for his work in corporate commercial law, corporate finance and securities, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a JD from the University of Toronto and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
