About Natasha

Natasha Rambaran is an associate whose practice centers on matters under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, including restructurings, financings, recapitalizations, receiverships, and related litigation. Before joining Reconstruct LLP, she practiced restructuring and insolvency law at Stikeman Elliott and McCarthy Tetrault, where she worked on some of Canada's largest and most complex insolvency files, including cross-border matters. Natasha belongs to the Turnaround Management Association, the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation, the Advocates' Society, and the Ontario Bar Association, and she sits on the TMA NextGen Toronto committee. She also serves as a Hotline Volunteer with Pro Bono Ontario.
