Sharon A. Kour is a founding partner of Reconstruct LLP, having spent nearly a decade at McCarthy Tetrault before starting the firm with her partner. Her practice covers insolvency, restructuring, and commercial litigation, and she regularly acts for debtors and other stakeholders in proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, as well as for court officers in court-appointed, regulatory, and public inquiry mandates. Sharon has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for her work in corporate and commercial litigation and serves as Secretary of the Insolvency Section of the Ontario Bar Association, where she also acts as a liaison for judicial and legal initiatives.
