About Colin
Colin Hunt focuses his practice on insolvency, restructuring and enforcement matters, including proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, receiverships, bankruptcies and related injunctions and litigation. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court. Before joining Reconstruct LLP, Colin worked in the litigation group of a full-service Toronto firm and had earlier articled at a large national firm. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he competed in moot competitions, served as a group leader with the FCJ Refugee Centre and worked as a research assistant in comparative constitutional law.
