About Julien

Julien Gosset is an associate at Reconstruct LLP who provides practical, focused legal advice grounded in his clients' interests. His practice covers general restructuring and commercial litigation, including insolvency, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and debt litigation. He acts for debtors, creditors and other insolvency professionals, offering strategic guidance meant to prevent and resolve conflict. Julien earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, where he was a Division 1 national champion in squash and tutored economics, math and science. Before joining Reconstruct, he summered and articled at other Bay Street firms. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
