Caitlin E. Fell is a founding partner of Reconstruct LLP, having previously worked at Osler and McMillan before launching her own firm. Her practice is concentrated in restructurings, insolvency, secured transactions, reorganizations, workouts and debtor/creditor law, and she has handled multi-jurisdictional proceedings under both the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, acting for debtor corporations, lending syndicates, purchasers and court officers. She focuses on distressed situations and has built a strong client base in the technology and cannabis sectors. Caitlin is a graduate of McMaster University and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and has written several articles on insolvency topics, including pieces published in the Annual Review of Insolvency Law. Outside of practice, she is a trained equestrian who competes across Ontario.
