Counsel at Reconstruct LLP
Le Nguyen acts as counsel to Reconstruct LLP, where she leads corporate and commercial matters of all kinds. Le brings 17 years of experience to her role, having worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer at Dentons Canada LLP, held in-house counsel positions at a Canadian chartered bank and at a biotech startup, and practiced corporate law at a boutique firm. She has also drawn on her family's business, which she helped grow over more than a decade. This blend of business and legal experience helps her deliver quick, practical results for clients. Her corporate and commercial work spans secured debt financings and national as well as international transactions, alongside mergers and acquisitions and broader corporate structuring matters. She also negotiates major commercial contracts and helps resolve government-related matters, and has closed numerous complex international deals, managing teams of internal and foreign counsel to reach successful outcomes. Before law school, she studied Political Science and Environmental Studies at York University, then went on to Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 2002, where she won the Legal Research & Writing Award and the Osgoode Hall Negotiation Competition. She sits on the boards of a regional hospital and two not-for-profit organizations, one focused on community music events and one supporting start-up entrepreneurs.
