About Virginie

Virginie Gauthier is a partner in the Toronto office whose practice focuses on insolvency and restructuring. She has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in court and navigating complex domestic and cross-border transactions and has represented debtors, court officers, potential purchasers, financial institutions, and bondholder committees in all manner of insolvency and restructuring proceedings. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Quebec Bar and serves as a lecturer on advanced bankruptcy and insolvency law in Osgoode Law School's LLM program.
