About Graeme

Graeme Postma joined Tierney Stauffer LLP in 2025 after being called to the Ontario bar in 2024, having previously worked at a mid-size Ottawa firm where he gained experience in construction litigation, family law, and insurance litigation. He is an associate in the civil litigation department, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, and personal injury litigation, and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Graeme works out of the Ottawa office and travels to the firm's Cornwall and Kingston offices as needed. He holds a Bachelor of Global and International Studies from Carleton University (2020) and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2023), and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
