About Brennan
Brennan Richardson joined Tierney Stauffer LLP as a summer student in 2024, returned as an articling student in 2025, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026, joining the firm's associate group. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall and trip and fall claims, medical malpractice, disability claims, and sexual assault matters. During articling he appeared frequently before the Ontario Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Superior Court of Justice, and conducted multiple trials. Born and raised in North Bay, Ontario, he earned a J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2025, graduating cum laude, after a BSM from Brock University (2022). He works primarily from the Ottawa office and also travels to the Cornwall, North Bay, and Kingston offices, and is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
