About Marc
Marc Sauvé is the Managing Partner of David | Sauvé LLP and one of Ottawa's leading trial and litigation lawyers, representing businesses, financial institutions, municipalities, Crown corporations, and individuals in complex disputes. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, fraud and asset recovery, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, professional liability, shareholder disputes, and employment litigation, and he has extensive experience obtaining Mareva injunctions, Anton Piller orders, and other urgent court remedies. He served as outside counsel to the City of Ottawa for more than a decade and previously worked with the RCMP and the Supreme Court of Canada. Marc is a past president of the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario and created the Civil Litigation course for the Law Society of Ontario's Professional Practice Program. He was named Ottawa's Best Litigator by FACES Magazine in 2023 and one of Ottawa's Forty Under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal.
