About Danielle

Danielle Bartlett joined Tierney Stauffer LLP's civil litigation practice group as an associate in January 2024. She moved to Ottawa in 2008 for her undergraduate and legal studies and has lived there since. Called to the bar in 2017, she practices estates litigation and personal injury law, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall claims, medical malpractice, disability claims, and sexual assault matters, with experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Social Benefits and Social Security Tribunals on ODSP and CPP-Disability appeals. She has been a guest speaker at the County of Carleton Law Association's Annual Civil Litigation Conference and has served on its External Relations Committee and as an articling student mentor. Danielle holds a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Carleton University (2012) and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2016), and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
