About Garett

Garett's practice covers insurance law, including accident benefits, loss transfer and priority disputes, coverage, defence, and subrogation, along with defamation, commercial, and real estate litigation. He's appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He first joined the firm's Toronto office as a student, later moved to Kitchener, and then to the London office in his hometown.
