About Sherif

Sherif Rizk is the principal lawyer and founder of Rizk Law Office in Ottawa, practising civil litigation with a focus on civil fraud and personal injury. Sherif has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice (including Divisional Court), and the Federal Court of Canada, and has represented clients before tribunals including the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Sherif attended the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 2014 and a License en droit in 2021. Sherif is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the County of Carleton Law Association, and the Ottawa Coptic Lawyers Association, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Sherif also volunteers as a judge for moot court competitions and speaks at local libraries on topics including immigration, fraud, and will writing.
