Charlotte McCurdy has practiced wills, estates, trusts, and elder law, along with corporate/commercial and real estate law, for more than 32 years. She was first called to the bar in Manitoba in 1992 and relocated to Ottawa in 2021, where she is licensed to practice in both Ontario and Manitoba. Her practice focuses on estate and incapacity planning, ranging from simple to complex matters, as well as business succession planning, estate administration, and guardianship and committeeship matters. She also advises small, mid-size, and larger businesses, including startups, on business law matters. Charlotte holds an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba (1991) and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Manitoba Bar Association, the Law Society of Manitoba, the County of Carleton Law Association, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
