Whitten & Lublin is a Toronto employment and labour law firm based at 141 Adelaide Street West in the city's Financial District. David Whitten and Daniel Lublin co-founded the firm in 2009. Whitten was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 after studying law at the University of Windsor and completing an intensive trial advocacy program at Osgoode Hall. Lublin was called to the bar in 2005 after graduating from the University of Western Ontario's law school. The firm has grown into a team of employment and labour lawyers with a combined total of more than two hundred years of experience, and it practices employment and labour law exclusively.

The firm represents both employees and employers, handling wrongful and constructive dismissal, severance, workplace harassment, human rights and discrimination, disability claims, and employment contract disputes across Ontario. Whitten and Lublin co-authored a book on independent contractors in the workplace, published by Carswell in 2013.
