About Aaron

Aaron Zaltzman is an associate lawyer at Whitten & Lublin who represents both employees and employers in workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal, severance, just cause termination, constructive dismissal, workplace and sexual harassment, and discrimination and human rights claims. He has appeared before courts, tribunals and boards at all levels in Ontario, including a recent win in a contract enforceability case against a major bank. Before joining Whitten & Lublin, Aaron articled at a Bay Street law firm in Toronto before moving to a boutique employment law practice. He earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2018, and he is regularly quoted in outlets including the Canadian HR Reporter and CTV News on employment law developments.
