About Daniel
Daniel Lublin co-founded Whitten & Lublin in 2009 and has practiced employment law in Canada for over twenty years, representing executives, employees, and contractors in dismissals, severance negotiations, and employment class actions. He was lead appeal counsel in Wood v. Fred Deeley Imports Ltd., a landmark decision on employment contracts, and wrote the workplace law column for the Globe and Mail for over 13 years.
