About Abby
Abby Leung is an associate at Whitten & Lublin who represents both employees and employers across workplace law, including wrongful and constructive dismissal, human rights, employment contracts, occupational health and safety, and workplace policy and discrimination matters. She has appeared at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Before joining the firm, Abby articled at a mid-size Toronto firm and worked as an associate at a boutique employment firm. She earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the bar in 2023. Abby is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and serves on its Mentorship Committee.
