Stephen Wolpert is a senior partner at Whitten & Lublin whose practice covers all aspects of workplace law, representing both employees and employers. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School called to the bar in 2009, he brings a background in commerce and commercial litigation that helps him unpack the financial issues often at the heart of employment disputes. He focuses on complex matters such as sophisticated dismissal claims, disputes over bonus and stock compensation, executive exit strategies, just cause cases, and human rights violations.
