About Marc
Marc Kitay is a partner at Whitten and Lublin representing both employers and employees in workplace disputes. His practice covers severance package negotiations, workplace investigations, and the defence of claims involving workplace bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment. He also helps employer clients develop risk-mitigation strategies aimed at reducing the likelihood of future lawsuits. Marc has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including a notable Court of Appeal decision on employment contracts, and has secured judgments and dismissals in several reported cases. He earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2012.
