About Daniel
Daniel Chodos is a senior partner at Whitten & Lublin who has practiced employment law for many years, acting for both employees and employers. He handles workplace disputes, severance negotiations, and human rights matters, and is particularly known for his courtroom wins challenging non-competition and non-solicitation clauses in employment contracts. Daniel has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. He earned his law degree at Queen's University and was called to the bar in 2009.
