Nussbaum Law Professional Corporation is a family law firm headquartered at The Madison Centre on Yonge Street in North York, Toronto, with additional offices in Midtown Toronto, Vaughan, Brampton, Mississauga, and Hamilton. The firm has served Toronto area families since 2013, and its practice is dedicated almost entirely to family law, covering divorce and separation, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, domestic contracts, and child protection matters involving Children's Aid Societies. Founder Barry Nussbaum earned a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, was called to the Ontario bar in 2005 and the New York bar in 2007, and is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, a Law Society of Ontario designation.

The firm takes what it calls a settlement first approach, aiming to resolve cases through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, while remaining ready to litigate in the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice when a settlement isn't reachable. Its team offers services in seven languages: English, Farsi, Dari, Hindi, Marathi, Konkani, and Mandarin. Nussbaum Law also runs a practice for Jewish clients, coordinating with Toronto's Beit Din on religious divorce proceedings and offering Ketubah review and Kosher mediation, and it advises same sex couples on marriage rights, parenting, and property matters under Ontario family law.
