About Michael
Michael Krznaric studied law at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Bar in Ontario. His practice covers family law as well as estate and capacity disputes, estate planning, and estate administration, often at points where family conflicts intersect with wills and succession. Michael appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and has handled challenges to wills, disputes over powers of attorney, and claims for dependant relief. He obtained an order in a Superior Court proceeding, Anderson v. Andrew, a 2023 decision. He combines litigation experience with a strategic, client-focused approach to estate planning work such as wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
