About Caitlin
Caitlin O'Garr earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. Since 2023 she has practiced exclusively in family law, handling separation, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division and child protection matters. Before law school she completed an honours BA in philosophy and spent time working as an accountant for a large automotive ownership group. That background gives her a practical, grounded perspective whether she is pursuing a collaborative resolution or building a litigation strategy. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association.
