About Sophia

Sophia Schwartz began her legal career as a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario before completing her law degree at Bond University's Law School, where she received the first-in-class award in family law. She then pursued a Master of Laws focused on international commercial law and dispute resolution, again earning top marks in her class. Sophia's practice covers the full range of family law issues, including divorce, parenting time, decision-making, child and spousal support, property division, and cohabitation and separation agreements. She is training in collaborative family law and works across litigation, mediation, and collaborative settings, tailoring her approach to each client's situation. Sophia holds a Paralegal Diploma from Humber College along with her law degrees from Bond University, and she belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Family Lawyers Association, the Women's Law Association of Ontario, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
