About Nan

Nan Zheng is a senior associate at Nussbaum Law, a 2014 graduate of Queen's Law in Kingston who was called to the bar in 2015. Before joining the firm she worked at several boutique family law practices and also has extensive experience in civil litigation. Her work covers complex property division, constructive and resulting trust claims, parenting disputes, and marriage and cohabitation agreements, with particular attention to cases involving narcissism and domestic violence. She has litigated successfully at both the Superior Court and Ontario Court of Justice levels, including reported decisions such as Kamil v Alnoor and Ostapchuk v Benyk. Nan holds an honours BSc from the University of Toronto and is proficient in Mandarin.
