About Afras
Afras came on board at Nussbaum Law in December 2020, having previously practised at firms in the Durham Region and then Toronto. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from York University, a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia, and an MBA through The Business School at Edinburgh Napier University in the UK. His practice centers on family law, and he stays current on issues around family formation, regulation, and dissolution. Afras regularly handles custody, parenting time, support disputes, CAS matters, and the division of family property on separation, and clients note his compassionate, hands-on style during difficult moments.
