Cambridge LLP is a litigation firm headquartered in Toronto, with about 46 lawyers spread across offices in Vancouver, Burlington, Barrie, and Elliot Lake. It was co-founded in 2010 by Adam Cappelli, who still practices estate planning, administration, and estate litigation at the firm and is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law. The Toronto office sits in a 1925 brick and beam building in the Entertainment District, a short walk from the downtown core.

The firm's work centres on business and commercial litigation, cross-border disputes, estate litigation, defamation and cyberlibel, construction law, insolvency, and class actions. Most of that work doesn't come in through the front door. More than 90% of the firm's litigation and dispute resolution matters originate as referrals from other lawyers and paralegals, who the firm calls its Partners in Advocacy. Cambridge LLP also runs a Chinese Services Group, a seven-lawyer team offering commercial litigation, cross-border, estates, immigration, and notary services in Mandarin and Cantonese, reachable through a dedicated hotline and WeChat account.
