About Joseph

Joe is a partner at Cambridge LLP who manages high-stakes litigation focused on trusts and estates. He regularly acts for beneficiaries, trustees, executors, and fiduciaries appointed as power of attorney, and he litigates will challenges, trustee removal and guardianship applications, dependant relief claims, and fiduciary accounting disputes, along with more complex cases involving family businesses and estate freezes. Beyond estates work, Joe maintains a broad business litigation practice covering corporate oppression, real estate, and defamation claims, drawing on his entrepreneurial background. He's a graduate of the Ivey School of Business and the Faculty of Law at Western University, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
