Russell Bennett is a senior associate in Cambridge LLP's Business Litigation and Estate Litigation Groups and co-leads the firm's Insolvency & Restructuring practice with his father, Frank Bennett. His practice covers complex commercial and estate litigation, including shareholder and partnership disputes, receiverships, and bankruptcies. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and is the author of 'Canada's Cannabis Act: Annotation & Commentary'.
