Tim Phelan
Tim Phelan is an associate in the firm's Litigation, Estate Planning, Estate Litigation, and Constitutional Advocacy Groups, based in the Elliot Lake office. He maintains a broad litigation practice covering estate disputes, commercial litigation, personal injury, municipal law, class actions, and human rights. He graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2020 and serves clients across Northern Ontario.
