Administrative & Regulatory LawHenna Parmar is an associate in the Business Litigation and Cross-Border Litigation Groups at Cambridge LLP. She has litigated a wide range of matters, including high-profile Charter cases, and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as the Federal Court of Appeal. Henna has published in the Lawyers Daily and contributed to the CanLII Criminal E-Book, and she co-developed a bail course through which she runs workshops for community partners and the public to explain how Canada's bail system works. She earned an Honours BSc from the University of Toronto, graduating with distinction, and holds both a Canadian JD from the University of Windsor and an American JD from the University of Detroit Mercy. During law school, she volunteered with Community Legal Aid and Pro Bono Students Canada, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2020.
