Frank Bennett is an insolvency and restructuring lawyer with more than five decades of experience in creditors' and debtors' rights. Called to the Ontario Bar in 1970, he serves as Special Counsel with Cambridge LLP on complex commercial insolvency and restructuring matters. He's a past Chair of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Sections of the Canadian Bar Association and author of 'Bennett on Bankruptcy', now in its 28th edition.
