About Goldman Sloan Nash & Haber LLP

The neighbourhood

GSNH's office is on the 17th floor of 480 University Avenue in downtown Toronto. The tower opened in 1968 as Global House, an 18 storey office building designed by WZMH Architects. Decades later, developer Amexon Development Corporation added 37 condominium floors above the original office section, a project that kept more than half the building in office use instead of converting it entirely to residential space.

The redevelopment also added a new sidewalk-level elevator down to St. Patrick subway station, making that TTC stop fully accessible.
