David Potts has more than four decades of experience as a defamation specialist, advising and representing politicians, business leaders, corporations, athletes, celebrities, and governments. He works with Cambridge LLP on defamation matters. He served as an advisor to the Ontario Law Reform Committee on Libel and on Cyberlibel, and is the author of leading texts on cyberlibel and anti-SLAPP proceedings.
