About Naomi
Naomi Santesteban advises employers on a wide range of labour and employment issues, including grievance arbitrations, workplace investigations, human rights complaints, and workers' compensation matters. She has a particular interest in the construction, education, and non-profit sectors. During her articles, Naomi completed a seven-week secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board, where she conducted legal research and shadowed mediators and Board members. While in law school, she worked at Parkdale Community Legal Services and served as a Dean's Fellow in Public and Constitutional Law and Civil Procedure. Naomi earned her JD from Osgoode Hall in 2023 and a BA in International Development Studies and Political Science from McGill University in 2019. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 and co-authored the HR internal investigations chapter of a Chambers Global Practice Guide in 2025.
