About Lindsay
Lindsay Peretz is an Associate at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020. She holds a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University and a B.A. in history from McGill University. She joined DWF as a summer student in 2018 and returned for articles in 2019, focusing on corporate commercial and general insurance litigation with developing expertise in construction and professional liability matters. She completed a semester exchange in Hong Kong during law school, served as student editor for the Canadian Journal of Contemporary and Comparative Law, and received the Dean's Course Prize in Evidence Law.
