About Alex

Alex Kennedy is an associate whose practice covers all areas of labour and employment law, from arbitrations and collective bargaining to wrongful dismissal claims and tribunal hearings. She also counsels clients on privacy law, workplace investigations and construction labour issues, applying strong research and advocacy skills for employers across many sectors. Before becoming an associate, Alex articled at the firm and earlier served on the University of Ottawa's law review, along with internships at two law-related organizations. She holds a JD from the University of Ottawa (2022), a Master of Arts in History from Queen's University (2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Carleton University (2017). Alex was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
