About Tracey
Tracey Henry advises and represents trade unions in collective bargaining and grievance arbitration, having helped forge agreements in a number of high-profile labour disputes. She appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and other tribunals, and also represents unions in proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act. Tracey trains union executives and members on topics ranging from collective-agreement negotiation to human rights issues, and frequently speaks at labour law conferences. She was called to the bar in 2002 after earning her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001, and holds an M.Sc. in biochemistry from the University of Guelph. Her recent work includes advising United Steelworkers Local 1005 during the Stelco insolvency and United Steelworkers Local 2251 during the Algoma Steel restructuring, both recognized by Lexpert as Top 10 deals of their year.
