About Alistair
Alistair Chauhan is an associate at Filion whose practice covers a broad range of labour and employment matters. He helps employers manage wrongful dismissal claims and grievance arbitrations, and advises on workplace contracts, policies and human rights concerns. Before joining Filion in 2025, he worked in labour and employment law at another full-service firm based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Alistair earned his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2022 and a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from Dalhousie in 2018. He was called to the bar in Nova Scotia in 2023 and in Ontario in 2025, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
