About Lesly

Lesly Joseph joined Tierney Stauffer LLP in 2007 as an articling student and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2008, after which she joined the firm as an associate in the family law and civil litigation groups. She now practices personal injury and insurance litigation, handling motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, medical malpractice, disability, and contract claims. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the CPP Review Tribunal, and spoke at the County of Carleton's Litigation Conference in 2011. Lesly works from the Ottawa office and also travels to the firm's Cornwall and Kingston locations for client matters. She has served on the Ottawa Mission's board of directors, sits on the board of Vista Centre Brain Injury Services, and serves on the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association's board of directors. She also volunteers with REACH Canada's Lawyer Referral Program, Ottawa Lawyers Feed the Hungry, and Law Help Ontario's pro bono legal clinic.
