About Kaitlin

Kaitlin Brennan joined Tierney Stauffer LLP as a summer student in 2017, returned for a second term in 2018, and completed her articles in 2020. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and rejoined the firm as an associate in the civil litigation group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and personal injury, with experience before the Ontario Superior Court, the Divisional Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Kaitlin holds two B.A. degrees from the University of Ottawa, in theatre (2012) and English literature (2015), and a J.D. from the same university (2019). She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the County of Carleton Law Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
