About Lincoln
Lincoln Caylor is a litigator at Bennett Jones LLP focused on international economic crime, including asset-tracing investigations, asset-recovery litigation, trust disputes, and enforcement actions arising from complex global financial fraud, along with related internal investigations and Canada's anti-money laundering regime. He often works with international counterparts to develop cross-border litigation and asset-recovery strategies. Lincoln co-founded the Fellows of The International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators, a collaboration between litigation professionals and the Basel Institute on Governance aimed at expanding access to solutions in economic crime cases. He has served as a governor and vice-chairman of Upper Canada College and as chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Barrow Foundation, and he received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his contributions to Canada.
