About Alan

Alan practises civil litigation with an emphasis on the defence of property and casualty claims, including motor vehicle tort, occupiers' liability, and product liability. He also advises on insurance coverage and subrogated claims, and he chairs the firm's Sports, Recreation & Resort Liability Practice Group. He was called to the bar in Alberta and British Columbia in 1997 and in Ontario in 1999.
