About Andrew

Andrew Derwin is an associate at MLT Aikins LLP in Winnipeg, practising alternative dispute resolution, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and trusts, estates and legacy planning. He regularly appears before the Manitoba Court of King's Bench and administrative bodies and has extensive experience preparing court filings. Derwin was called to the Manitoba bar in 2021 after earning his J.D. from the University of Manitoba's Robson Hall Faculty of Law in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba (2017) and was named to the Dean's Honour List from 2015 to 2017.
