About Stanford

Stanford Cummings is an associate in Nelligan Law's Litigation Group, practising civil litigation with a focus on insurance disputes, personal injury, commercial litigation, and estates litigation. He has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal and the Superior Court of Justice, and appears before tribunals such as the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. He holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor (2014) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa (2011). He co-hosts the podcast Civil Banter and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the County of Carleton Law Association, and the Advocates Society, and serves as president of the Saint Thomas More Lawyers' Guild of Ottawa.
