About David

David is a litigator with over twenty years of experience across corporate and commercial disputes, personal injury litigation, insurance matters, estate litigation and employment law. He has acted for clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, the Public Service Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. He earned his B.A. from the University of Toronto in 1994 and his LL.B. from Queen's University in 1999, and he was called to the bar in Ontario in 2001. David is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the County of Carleton Law Association.
