About Odette

Odette Rwigamba founded her Ottawa firm in 2003 and practises family law, personal injury, real estate, wills and estates, and immigration law. She earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2002 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003, after completing an undergraduate degree in psychology at the same university in 1999. She has represented clients before every level of Ontario's courts, from the Superior Court of Justice through the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as the Federal Court of Canada and various administrative tribunals. In 2007 she founded a legal clinic for Ottawa Immigrant Services and has served on several community boards. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association.
