Cristina Amodeo is a partner in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Group, working out of New York. Her deal work spans both public and private company purchases and sales, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, spin-offs, carve-outs and private equity investments. She also counsels clients facing activist campaigns and proxy fights, along with corporate governance, compliance, disclosure obligations and takeover readiness. She earned her J.D. at New York University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Princeton University.
